Plan your week
1
Review last week
Sonto surfaces what’s still open from last week. Jump over to see everything you completed if you
like, then add a short reflection on how the week went.
2
Set your intention and pull work in
Say what this week is about. Then bring in the work: drag items from anywhere, or schedule tasks for
the week. You can pull from your active quarterly plan so the week moves your bigger goals forward.
3
Right-size the week
If you’ve planned a lot, Sonto gently points it out — a cue to add priorities or trim. Flag the
handful of tasks that matter most so they stand out.
4
Put key work on the calendar
The last step invites you to block time and, where you can, assign tasks to specific days. You won’t
always know the day yet — that’s fine, leave those for later. Click I am done and your week is
ready.

Today’s unfinished tasks can be carried forward automatically. On the right you’ll find this week’s
tasks, your active quarterly plan, your inbox, and your calendar — pull whatever’s relevant onto the
day.
3
Schedule it
Lay the day out in time, blocking the calendar for your bigger tasks. Click Done and you land on
the day, tasks and schedule in place.
