Create a couple of tags
Open Settings and add two tags to start with. There’s no fixed set — you decide what they mean.
Two that earn their keep:
office— work you can only do in a certain place.waiting— anything stuck until someone else gets back to you.
2
Tag a project, then a single task
Pick a project — say Kitchen renovation. Tag the whole project
office and everything in it
travels with that tag. Or tag just one task, Order cabinet samples, with office, because that’s
the one thing you’ll do from your desk.3
Filter your Day
Schedule that task for today, then open the filter bar on your Day and pick
office. The view
narrows to just your office work, and everything else steps out of the way.A tag doesn’t schedule a task. To see a tagged task on your Day, schedule it for that day first,
then filter.

Combine tags to focus harder
Add
waiting to Order cabinet samples as well. Now it’s both office (where you’ll do it) and
waiting (blocked on a reply). Filter any view by waiting to round up everything that’s stuck, in
one place.Make it stick
Two touches keep you in the flow once you’re filtering:- A filter is sticky for a couple of hours, so you can settle into one tag without reapplying it.
- Each view keeps its own filter — your Week can show
waitingwhile your Day showsoffice.
