History lists everything you’ve completed — tasks, projects and plans — grouped by the day you completed it, with the most recent day first. Keep scrolling and Sonto loads earlier days. Won’t Do tasks appear here too, marked with a ×.

Open History

Choose View → History…, or press Cmd + 6. You can also type “history” in search (Cmd + \).

What you can do

History is for looking back, so you can’t add or drag items here. You can:
  • Open a task or project — click or tap its row.
  • Un-complete a task — clear its checkbox.
  • Reopen a project or plan — click or tap its progress pie.
  • Share or delete a project or plan — open its context menu. Sonto asks you to confirm before deleting, because its tasks are deleted too.

Show only projects and plans

To hide completed tasks, open the … menu and under Show, choose Projects and Plans Only. Choose All to bring them back. Each device remembers its own choice.

How long items stay

Items stay in History until you delete them or Sonto clears them automatically. To change when that happens, choose Auto-Clear Settings… from the … menu, or see Settings → Tasks. Closed plans and the tasks in them are never cleared automatically.

Find something you completed

Search results include a History section, so you can find a completed item without scrolling back to its day.
